Paloma margarita
Ingredients:
(2) oz of mezcal or tequila (recommended: casa migos)
(2+) Oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit
(1-2) freshly squeezed limes
(1-2) tablespoons of organic blue agave syrup
to top off, a Splash of grapefruit flavored sparkling water
sea salt flakes for around the rim
Tajin for around the rim

Directions:
Tip: for multiple servings, make one large batch, increasing the above quantities accordingly.Wipe glass rim with a lime wedge and dip glass into sea salt flakes + Tajin on a plate.In a cocktail shaker, combine Mezcal/Tequila, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave, and plenty of ice.Shake + pour (through a cocktail filter) into glass over ice.Finish with a splash of grapefruit juice.Optional: garnish with sliced grapefruit and/or lime.Enjoy!
