Smoked Paprika Chicken
Ingredients:
(2-3) packs of chicken wings/thighs
Smoked paprika
garlic powder
Fresh ground sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
optional: all purpose meat rub seasoning // ie. rufus teague seasoning
Fresh thyme
(3+) cups of Chicken broth
Olive oil
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Drizzle meat with olive oil + season with all seasonings listed.Mix together.Pour chicken broth along the perimeter of meat.Cook uncovered for 1 hour; continuously basting.Cook covered for an additional 30-45 minutes.Serve and enjoy!
